We're on the lookout for a Senior Operations Manager who’s passionate about strategic leadership , data-driven decision making , and empowering high-performing tech sales teams . What You’ll Do: Drive performance and elevate service delivery to meet client and customer expectations Develop effective strategies through data insights and operational expertise Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to keep pace with updates and initiatives Lead and inspire teams through structured coaching, training, and development Champion compliance and operational excellence across all touchpoints Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required) 6+ years of experience in BPO/Tech Sales, including 2-3 years in leadership roles Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to work night shifts and flexible schedules Additional Information Internal Qualifications: Must have PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5) Tenure of at least 18 months No Active DA With proven Tech Sales Leadership Experience Willing to work onsite in Clark #J-18808-Ljbffr
