Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, reach and engagement across relevant digital touchpoints including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, including identifying suitable influencers, negotiating partnerships, and overseeing content creation and distribution.
  • Nurture and sustain relationships with influencers, agencies, and other essential stakeholders to broaden our network and optimize collaboration prospects.
  • Work closely with influencers to create genuine and captivating content that reflects the brand values and connects with target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies and optimizations.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or any related field.
  • Knowledge supported by certificates in digital marketing tools such as Business Suite for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, digital seminars/training, etc.

Experience Requirement:

  • Experience of at least 5 (five) years in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Experience in developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns across different tiers: nano, micro, macro, and mega.
  • With strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
