Record daily financial transactions using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) Maintain accurate ledgers and journals, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments Monitor company cash flow and reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups on collections and payment processing Manage and process cash disbursements in accordance with company policies and approved requests Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections for management review Track inventory movement and cost of goods sold (COGS) in coordination with the sales and warehouse teams Assist with BIR tax compliance, including VAT filings, expanded withholding tax, and other government reporting requirements Ensure proper filing of receipts, invoices, and financial records Liaise with external auditors and accountants when needed How to Apply: Please send your updated resume to Bossjob with the subject line: Application – Bookkeeper Location: Home Mavericks, Inc. | 2nd Floor, Cromagen Building B, 8007 Pioneer Street, Pasig City Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business, or a related field At least 2 years of finance, bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in a retail or inventory-based business Experience & familiarity with government as well as BIR tax compliances Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of Philippine taxation and payroll regulations Trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently Experience in inventory or retail accounting is an advantage Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr
