JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans aligned with business objectives. Set individual and team performance targets, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching for improvement. Analyze sales data to track progress and identify opportunities for growth. Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and key accounts to maintain and expand business relationships. Handle major client negotiations and close high-value deals. Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and increase brand visibility. Oversee advertising, digital marketing, and social media strategies. Manage the design and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, product catalogs, and presentations. Conduct product positioning and competitor analysis to strengthen market presence. Organize and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations. Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain consistent brand messaging. Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets for fire extinguishers and safety solutions. Establish partnerships with contractors, developers, government agencies, and private companies. Participate in bid preparations, tenders, and proposals for large projects. Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions. Ensure proper communication between sales, logistics, and production teams for smooth order fulfillment. Oversee inventory and product availability to meet client demand. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and assist in budget planning. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for management review. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction with products and services. Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service concerns promptly. Conduct after-sales follow-ups and identify upselling opportunities JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field At least 5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing management — preferably in fire extinguishers, fire safety systems, or industrial equipment . Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools .
