Our Global Talent Attraction team (based in Manila, McKinley Taguig) identifies talent for experienced hire roles based in Oceania. We design and deliver talent-sourcing strategies to connect with the right talent globally and build the EY organization of the future. Our team focuses on recruiting a wide range of roles that support our business.

The Talent Attraction Senior Specialist is part of a high-performing Global TA team, a sourcing specialist focused on Experienced Hire appointments and is also a subject matter expert (SME) in a wide range of roles that support different functions.

Key responsibilities include driving and shaping the right sourcing strategies and market intelligence for this capability in selected markets and geographies, identifying the right talent across global markets, and providing advice to the business on how to attract that talent to EY.

• Collaborate with your team and Experienced Hire Recruiters to identify and engage with candidates in line with roles across different functions that support our business.
• Conduct in-depth qualifying interviews to establish the candidate's suitability against the requirements of the role.
• Creating candidate profiles and documenting preliminary interviews to share with hiring teams and recruiters.
• Ensure the delivery of a strong potential candidate pipeline by leveraging external talent and referral channels, developing talent communities, managing referral campaigns.
• Gather and analyze data accurately to inform decision-making and sourcing strategy.

• An innovative mindset, curiosity, and determination to seek until you find the right talent for assigned openings.
• Previous Talent Attraction / Sourcing experience, ideally with experience in sourcing for complex roles across industries.
• A team player with expertise in talking to hiring managers and clients in building strong relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
• A proactive and candidate-centric work ethic.
• Advanced user knowledge of ATS (SuccessFactors), online sourcing platforms, and research tools.
