- Prepare concept papers, action plans, budgets, progress reports, and other required outputs.
- Monitor and report on program effectiveness; maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Promote a culture of trust, inclusivity, and psychological safety in the workplace.
- Professional credential in psychology or counselling (e.g., Licensed Psychologist, Counsellor, RPsy/RGC; or equivalent) or related field; Master’s degree often preferred.
- Experience in counselling, coaching, and/or workplace wellness; experience facilitating workshops or trainings.
- Strong confidentiality, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR, wellness teams, and external providers; multilingual skills often required.
- Education: Bachelor’s/College degree in Psychology and/or relevant certifications; Mental Health First Aid/First Response certifications are commonly required.
- Experience in corporate or BPO settings preferred for some roles.
- Locations include Pasig City, Makati City, Cebu, Taguig, Antipolo; some roles offer flexible or onsite arrangements and overtime considerations.
