Overview

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HR, operations, wellness teams, and external mental health providers.
  • Prepare concept papers, action plans, budgets, progress reports, and other required outputs.
  • Monitor and report on program effectiveness; maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Promote a culture of trust, inclusivity, and psychological safety in the workplace.
Qualifications
  • Professional credential in psychology or counselling (e.g., Licensed Psychologist, Counsellor, RPsy/RGC; or equivalent) or related field; Master’s degree often preferred.
  • Experience in counselling, coaching, and/or workplace wellness; experience facilitating workshops or trainings.
  • Strong confidentiality, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with HR, wellness teams, and external providers; multilingual skills often required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s/College degree in Psychology and/or relevant certifications; Mental Health First Aid/First Response certifications are commonly required.
  • Experience in corporate or BPO settings preferred for some roles.
