Meet the team:

Global Talent Attraction is designed to engage, attract, and retain talent. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring leaders, facilitating connectivity with on-brand, multi-channel engagement. The focus includes increasing the visibility of the Dexcom brand as an employer of choice and influencing prospective talent toward the decision to apply.

Talent Attraction is a collaborative team with extensive cross-functional engagement. The role applies a creative approach to campaigns and employer brand visibility. Data and insights are utilized to optimize strategy and ensure Dexcom has a talent pipeline for today’s and future needs.

Where you come in
  • You will develop a global talent attraction strategy, taking into account the acute and ongoing hiring needs across the globe as well as sustaining the employer brand in key markets.

  • Based on that strategy, you will partner to ensure our employer brand is represented in the global brand strategy, contributing to and leveraging key assets in campaigns, and maintain or contribute to a shared content calendar for social media.

  • You will manage a team which executes talent attraction campaigns and supports related event representation, managing creative requests and approvals

  • You will maintain a schedule for employer of choice award application submissions, talent attraction related events and outreach.

  • You will work alongside Marketing and Internal Communications, to ensure TA Marketing adheres to overall Masterbrand approach to ensure creative and messaging is delivered consistently

  • You will support the MLR (Medical, Legal and Regulatory) review process to ensure compliant, effective, and legally approved messaging and placement while maximizing budgeted spend

  • You will provide guidance and materials to steward employer brand ambassadors and partner with social media/PR/marketing re public feedback, while staying keenly aware of candidate experience feedback to influence an experience that maintains or improves our reputation among job seekers.

Experience and Education
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience

  • 2-5 years of previous management or lead experience
