We are looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Officer who will lead end-to-end recruitment for internal vacancies in our holding company and critical roles across our subsidiaries. Beyond sourcing and interviewing, you'll also play a vital role in talent attraction and employer branding, ensuring we position ourselves as an employer of choice.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → interviewing → job offer).
  • Drive talent attraction strategies and strengthen our employer brand across platforms.
  • Handle vacancies across diverse functions (Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, and more).
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms, and headhunt for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of solid sourcing and recruitment experience across different functions.
  • Proven ability to fill roles at various levels, from specialists to critical leadership positions.
  • Strong in recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Skilled in headhunting and direct sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in employer branding or talent marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A resourceful, strategic, and vibrant recruiter who brings energy and fun to the workplace.
