Job DescriptionThe Business Development Officer works with the department Head/Team Head in developing product plans and strategies to drive the profitability of Cash Management products and services to achieve overall objectives of the organization. He/She handles initiatives for assigned Cash Management product/s and service/s.
Basic qualificationsCollege Graduate; At least two (2) years’ experience in the areas of business development, product management, project management, preferably acquired in the banking industry.

Job DescriptionWhat You will be doing :
- Manage information in CRM and cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects
- Help the team meet its sales goal
- Prepare sales presentations by compiling data and developing presentation formats and materials
- Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
What You Must Possess :
- 2+ years' of sales or account management experience
- SaaS sales experience preferred but not required
- Type A personality (high achiever, ambitious, strong-willed)
- Knowledge of Real Estate (good-to-have)
- Great negotiation and decision-making skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
