Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists QMS Engineer to establish and maintain the over-all quality system management procedures, systems & infrastructure, processes related to manufacturing, support and development processes of all product lines and future product lines at LEPI. Assists in the establishment and implementation of effective documentation (L1, L2, L3, L4 documents) and Change Management System at LEPI such as Document Change/Revision, Engineering Change, Material Review Board (MRB), Quality Review Board (QRB), and Deviation Process.
- Manages clerical work on database system such as Agile and Qualitize for establishment and maintenance of documents. Assists QMS Engineer in dissemination of approved documents, EC, Deviations to concern process owner. Responsible in the storage and retention of records in the DCC room, this includes scanning of LTC travelers, Calibration Certificate and other records kept.
- Coordinates internal and external audits activities (Corporate Audit, ISO Audit, Customer Audit). Assists the QMS Engineer in Internal Audit activities such as schedules, follow up closure of audit findings from the area owners. Assists in the monitoring of the completion of KPI, PVC, ROR, Internal Audit, Annual Document Review and Management Review action items. Monitors closure of CAPA in Qualitize.
- Routinely reports the status of QMS related activities to immediate supervisor and manager.
Education & Experience
- At least high school or any 2 years course graduate.
Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of QMS. With exposure on Internal Audit. Has done or participated in ISO certifications 9001 and 45001, or other. Certified Lead Auditor is highly regarded. Knowledgeable in using 7 QC tools. Computer / Microsoft Office literate.
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp.
