Job Description
The Sales Director will lead the strategic development and execution of the modern trade channel across key accounts including supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and e-commerce platforms. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, optimizing trade investments, and building long-term partnerships with retail customers.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and delivering commercial growth.
- Strong leadership and people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
