About the role We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to join the dynamic team at Stealth Global Marketing Solutions Inc. This is a full‑time role based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila. As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales strategy and execution, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets for Hotels under the company’s management, especially Panglao Vista Suites. What you’ll be doing Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the hotel to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts Lead, motivate and mentor a high‑performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Collaborate cross‑functionally with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive go‑to‑market approach Monitor and report on sales pipeline, forecasting, and key performance metrics Continuously seek ways to optimise the sales process and implement best practices Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings What we’re looking for Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role, preferably within the Sales or Management industries Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Ability to think strategically and make data‑driven decisions Strong team management and coaching experience Proficiency in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
