They possess over 50 years’ experience in the plastics industry providing customers with creative product design, expert material selection, product prototyping & mold design. They are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a fixed 6-month project employment . As the Customer Service Specialist, you will provide efficient and accurate data entry support while delivering excellent customer service. This position plays a crucial role to contribute to the smooth operation of the customer service department by handling data-related tasks effectively and assisting in delivering exceptional service to customers. This position is required daily onsite and based in BGC, Metro Manila. Work hours are 6am-3pm Manila time, supporting Australian business hours. Key Responsibilities Accurate input and maintenance of data in databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries professionally - provide information and assistance to clients. Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and maintain records of customer interactions. Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients. Prioritise tasks and manage deadlines efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve data and customer-related issues. Identify areas for process improvement. Assisting with inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels. Skills, Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. Exceptional phone management, customer service, active listening, and verbal and written English Language communication skills. Candidates with experience in Logistics industry is preferred. Proficient typing and data entry experience, knowledge of the software UNLEASHED would be an advantage. Proficiency with MS Office Suite & other data entry software. A good team player that enjoys working collaboratively. Strong time management and decision-making skills.
