Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing general HR operations, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and timekeeping via Carbonate, compensation and benefits, leave management, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Ensures accurate employee records, manages government reporting and compliance, and facilitates employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Handles vendor coordination, budget tracking, HRIS administration, and supports the Accounts and Loan Disbursement teams during peak periods by ensuring proper staffing, documentation, and SOP alignment.
  • Records & Compliance, maintaining confidentiality, promoting data privacy compliance, and being adaptable to urgent or sensitive issues requiring immediate HR intervention.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the business owners.
  • Be flexible to respond to urgent or sensitive HR issues requiring immediate attention
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in lending, fintech, or BPO sectors.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and government compliance (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Familiarity with payroll systems, recruitment platforms, and timekeeping software.
  • Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Strategic and operational thinking.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership presence
  • Can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
