Responsibilities

  • Proven leadership track record of adding value to a business by driving best in class HR initiatives and practices.
  • Focused on meeting expectations of stakeholders and Board with aligning HR strategy to business strategy and partnering business in its execution.
  • Drive and design key changes and improvement in policy and procedure.
  • Lead the process of building world class talent pipeline and driving diversity and engagement initiatives.
  • Devise and implemented coherent HR strategies whilst improving internal processes and procedures within a demanding environment, project deadlines and budgets.
  • Extensive experience of designing organization structures and re-organization. Plays a key role of change agent to manage and implement change.
  • Re-engineering of HR activities, Recruitment, Manpower Planning, Succession Planning, Leave Management, Performance Appraisals, Training and Career Development, Salary Administration, HR Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions and Evaluations, Budgeting, Short/Long Term Planning and Key Strategy Implementation across the entire scope of business operation.
  • Execute implementation of Performance Improvement Plan – Goal may outline specific ways to enhance job skills, desired outcome or milestones to achieve in a project, emphasize specific managerial tasks or characteristics. A PIP is not an evaluation, but is an evaluative tool to document progress toward performance improvement. Performance Improvement Plans are typically preceded with specific goals and expectations, and documented instances of the employee not meeting the expectations from their supervisor. Performance Improvement Plans are documented in the Performance Management System and are intended to set very specific goals for an employee for a specific period of time.
  • Address issues in Labor Relations concerning mandatory labor compliances, acts as company representative and defends the interests of the company.
  • In charge of composing the Memorandums (Inter-office and Holidays) in accordance with labor law and sending the announcements in Viber groups.
  • Prepare employment contracts and discuss job offer to chosen applicants.
  • Responsible for employees for regularization, by preparing the KPI and sending it to the department heads.
  • Prepares the Personnel Action Notice (PAN) for employees for salary increase and submits to management for approval.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Masteral degree
  • Atleast 3 years work experiences
  • Willing for onsite schedule
