In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory standards. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR policies, programs, and strategies. Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficient in MS Office applications, with experience in HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
