US Compensation & Benefits Analyst Work Arrangement: Hybrid (BGC, Taguig) Schedule: Night Shift Salary: Up to ₱38,000 Job Summary The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of compensation programs and processes. This role ensures accurate and timely handling of compensation cases, one‑time payments, and salary planning activities, while also providing analytical support and system validation to ensure compliance with company policies and market standards. Key Responsibilities Respond to and resolve compensation‑related cases through ServiceNow; elevate issues to appropriate teams when necessary. Process compensation adjustments for represented associates based on Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs). Administer one‑time payments in line with compensation policies, including interim and retention agreements, and other ad‑hoc requests. Coordinate with Human Resource Technical Services (HRTS) to test and validate system configurations supporting compensation programs. Support annual salary planning by gathering market data, updating tools, and preparing necessary documentation. Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking under the guidance of senior team members. Perform compensation analyses and audits as assigned. Participate in annual salary surveys and related benchmarking activities. Assist in promoting and administering employee wellbeing programs and other total rewards initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree At least 2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within a shared services or HR operations environment. Strong understanding of US benefits and compensation practices. Experience using HRIS or ticketing systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) preferred. Analytical, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling data‑driven tasks. Excellent communication and coordination skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
