The Compensation and Benefits Supervisor will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs for Atos Philippines. This role requires strong project management capabilities and experience in a BPO environment to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation & Benefits Management:

  • Supervise daily operations including payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and claims processing.

  • Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and incentive plan reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies.

  • Project Management:

  • Lead and manage HR-related projects such as compensation reviews, benefits rollouts, and system upgrades.

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication strategies.

  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

  • BPO-Specific Support:

  • Tailor compensation and benefits programs to meet the unique needs of BPO operations, including shift differentials, performance bonuses, and retention schemes.

  • Collaborate with operations and workforce management teams to align rewards with business performance.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Manage relationships with external providers (e.g., insurance, and HMO).

  • Ensure service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly.

  • Employee Engagement & Support:

  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on compensation and benefits-related inquiries.

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions focused on total rewards.

  • Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate reports on compensation trends, benefits utilization, and cost analysis.

  • Support internal audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
  • Proven experience in project and people management, with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
