Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and labor regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to maintain a competitive pay structure.
  • Ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits, such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to optimize payroll and benefits-related processes.
  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll concerns.
  • Support in developing policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on compensation trends, payroll costs, and benefits utilization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, or HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, taxation, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
