Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through active sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship management.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
Employment Engagement & Events:
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in organizing onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute office events, including festivals, team-building activities, and celebrations to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with HR and management to implement employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
- Act as a point of contact for new hires and employees regarding HR policies and engagement programs.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company\'s culture and values through recruitment and engagement activities.
- Support employer branding efforts via social media and recruitment events.
Qualification:
- Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years\' experience as Recruitment Officer, Employee Relations, Payroll, or HR Administration
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Passion for creating a positive candidate and employee experience.

- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
- Provides hiring reports and plan of activities in order to ensure Delivery of Job Request (JR) on time.
- Determines effectiveness of hiring process and keep the customers informed of development, issues and concerns.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
