This is where you come in. We’re currently looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager:
- Align, implement, and oversee a global leadership development journey map and course catalog for people leaders and high potential individual contributors.
- Develop programs and processes supporting performance management and succession planning strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Implement a global leadership competency framework for mid-level and front-line leaders, and individual contributors, aligned with performance systems.
- Map out training plans and calendars locally, regionally, and globally for instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning solutions, including in-house and vendor-developed programs.
- Develop and facilitate in-person and virtual training events, educational programs, and train-the-trainer activities.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of HRBP and Learning and Development programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Lead change management efforts related to these programs, including administrative duties like creating decks, reports, and ad hoc tasks.
- Conduct regular assessments to measure program effectiveness and impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and design solutions.
- Partner with HRBPs globally to ensure compliance with local laws and policies.
- Develop an annual budget and operating plan for HRBP and Learning and Development efforts worldwide.
- Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, recommending new initiatives or improvements.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate organizational development interventions across various levels, focusing on employee engagement, culture change, team development, organizational change, coaching, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 5-7 years of project and program management experience coordinating large-scale activities in a fast-paced corporate setting, with proven skills in strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Experience building, managing, and facilitating global leadership development and performance management activities.
- Experience designing and developing learning solutions, familiar with adult learning methods.
- Successful track record of creating and implementing HRBP and Learning and Development programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and team management experience, with effective collaboration at all organization levels.

- Sound judgment for timely stakeholder communication and issue visibility.
- Critical and creative thinking to translate complex problems into tangible processes and solutions.
- Project management expertise, with experience from inception to continuous improvement.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, considering long-term impacts.
- Negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including facilitation.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
- Related certifications such as SHRM SCP or SPHR; additional training in COPC and Six Sigma is a plus.
- Willingness to work night shifts and in a hybrid setup (10-11 days/month in Cubao or Ortigas).
