Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop the overall learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and identify development priorities.
  • Establish training objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Design and implement comprehensive learning and development programs.
  • Lead the facilitation of training programs either face-to-face, virtual or hybrid and ensure that it will engaging and interactive sessions.
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop learning content and materials.
  • Manage the learning and development budget.
  • Allocate resources effectively for training initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate training with talent management processes.
  • Establish evaluation frameworks to measure training effectiveness and impact.
  • Use insights to improve and refine learning and development strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Apply innovative approaches to enhance training effectiveness and engagement.
  • Involve in the design, monitoring and implementation of the Performance Management Process

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Education, Marketing Communications, Human Resources Management or Equivalent Course.
  • Certified Trainer from training institution or organization is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5-years' experience in Managerial Role or Leadership Role
  • At least 5 years' experience in facilitating Leadership & Management Programs.
  • Related experience in Instructional Design, Module Development and Training Delivery.
  • At least 5 years exposure in Organizational development Initiatives.
  • Mastery in Instructional design, Module Development and Training Delivery
  • Experience in Operations or Manufacturing set up or organization is an advantage.
  • Accurate, well-organized yet adaptable.
  • Excellent Communication & Facilitation Skills
  • Excellent English Language skills
  • Mastery in presentation skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Decisive & Analytical
  • Excellent Communication and people skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as a team.
  • Able to apply adult learning concept in L&D design principles.
  • Flexible to travel
  • Willing to work on Full Time basis in BGC, Taguig.
