About the Role

You'll design and drive programs that accelerate leadership potential, retain top talent, and align learning with AIA's strategic goals. You'll work with senior stakeholders to deliver real business impact through internal talent development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage internal leadership development programs
  • Identify, assess, and grow internal talent for future leadership roles
  • Partner with senior leaders to align learning with business strategy
  • Oversee management appraisal, coaching, promotion, and placement
  • Build programs that map and retain critical business skills across the org
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and adjust based on business needs

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Learning & Development, with leadership program ownership
  • Proven experience in succession planning and internal talent development
  • Strategic consulting exposure with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing learning programs
  • Strong data-driven mindset (evaluation, KPIs, performance linkage)

Good-to-Have

  • Background in insurance, healthcare, or financial services
  • Exposure to assessment centers, coaching frameworks, or competency models
  • Team management experience
