Job Opening: Business Development Manager – Property Acquisition Location: Manila - Willing to travel in Mindanao We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong expertise in property acquisition to drive our company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in site acquisition, property research, negotiations, titling, and conflict resolution, and will be ready to travel and manage deals from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and secure properties and sites for acquisition aligned with company objectives. Conduct property research, due diligence, and verification of ownership, transfers, and titling. Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, and stakeholders to achieve fair and strategic agreements. Manage the full process of property transfers, titling, and registration, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Handle conflict resolution with stakeholders, including landowners and communities, to enable smooth transactions. Build and maintain strong networks with landowners, LGUs, regulatory agencies, and partners. Prepare clear reports, presentations, and acquisition progress updates for management. Use project tracking tools and dashboards to monitor land acquisition activities. Travel frequently to sites, local offices, and meetings to oversee acquisition activities. Qualifications Proven experience in property acquisition, site negotiation, transfers, titling, and conflict resolution. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of land laws, zoning regulations, and local government processes. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and reporting / project monitoring tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Management, or related field preferred.
