Global Solutions Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the efficient and effective management of residential properties in East Kamias, Quezon City. This full-time role reports directly to the Property Management Director and is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across assigned properties.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, and financial reporting
  2. Liaise with landlords, tenants, and service providers to address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  3. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties, ensuring they meet high standards of cleanliness and safety
  4. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including rent collections, budgeting, and property expenditures
  5. Implement and monitor property policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
  7. Participate in the selection and supervision of maintenance staff and vendors
  8. Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Property Management

What we're looking for

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a property management role, preferably in the residential sector
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and service providers
  4. Proficiency in using property management software and MS Office applications
  5. Knowledge of relevant property management laws, regulations, and best practices
  6. A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and tenant satisfaction
  7. A degree in property management, real estate, or a related field is preferred
