Issuing and approving invoices, adjustments, and credit notes. Generating comprehensive financial reports for reconciliation and review. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues. This Role Is for You If… Experience & Skills Non‑Negotiables: Graduate of Finance/Accounting and 4‑5 years of experience in billing and collections. Knowledge in creating invoices and adjustments, advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, and keen for details. Proficiency: Experience in cost and revenue reviews; knowledge in XERO, QuickBooks, MYOB, and other accounting software. Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication, and social skills. Bonus Points: Proficient or receptive to applying AI‑driven solutions to your work.
