Billing and Collection Specialist (Up to ₱50K Base + FREE AI Certification)

Cebu City | Hybrid (3 Months On-site, then Hybrid) | 2 Headcounts - Dayshift (6 AM–3 PM PH Time), Night Shift (12 AM to 9 AM)

In this role, your mission is to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Prepare and approve invoices, adjustments, and credit notes.
  • Generate detailed financial reports for reconciliation and review.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience & Skills

  • Non-Negotiables : You hold a degree in Finance or Accounting and bring 4–5 years of experience in billing and collections. You are skilled in preparing invoices and adjustments, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, and meticulous with details.
  • Proficiency : You have hands-on experience in cost and revenue reviews, with working knowledge of XERO, QuickBooks, MYOB, and other accounting systems. You also demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bonus Points : You are proficient—or open to learning—how to apply AI-driven solutions to enhance your work.

The Role at a Glance

  • Compensation: Up to ₱50,000
  • Schedule: Dayshift (7 AM–4 PM PH Time), Monday–Friday
  • Work Setup: Hybrid (3 months On-site in Cebu City, then Hybrid after)
  • Tech Stack: XERO, QuickBooks, MYOB, and other accounting software
  • Reports to: Senior Billing and Collections Officer
