Position Overview

The Sales Head is a senior leadership role tasked with driving the overall growth and performance of the sales organization. This role requires a dynamic leader who can design, implement, and execute effective sales strategies that directly contribute to revenue expansion and market share. The Sales Head will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and operational oversight to a team of sales professionals, ensuring that sales objectives are consistently met or exceeded.

Geographic Focus:
We are specifically seeking candidates based in Central Luzon , with a strong preference for leaders who have extensive market knowledge and networks in San Fernando, Pampanga . The Sales Head will be instrumental in strengthening our presence in this region, leveraging local insights to capture opportunities and deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share objectives.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize individual and team performance.

  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion through effective account management.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline management, negotiations, and deal closure.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with broader business strategies.

  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.

  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations, client presentations, and strategic partnerships.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a leadership capacity.

  • Experience in building, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong background in managing large accounts and overseeing complex negotiations.

  • Strategic mindset with advanced decision-making and planning abilities.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales methodologies, tools, and CRM/sales analytics platforms.
