About the role

As the Cluster Head (Area Manager for Bataan) at BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN', you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing multiple store locations within the Bataan region in Central Luzon. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales growth, and fostering a positive work environment across the cluster.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and coordinate the operations of multiple BW SUPERBAKESHOP-ELJIN' stores in the Bataan area
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and improve store performance
  3. Oversee budgets, inventory management, and cost controls to ensure financial and operational efficiency
  4. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of store managers and frontline staff, providing guidance and support
  5. Identify and address operational issues, implement corrective measures, and monitor performance
  6. Foster a positive, customer-centric culture across the cluster
  7. Collaborate with the central management team to align on strategic initiatives and share best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-site or area management role, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry
  2. Proven track record of driving sales, operational efficiency, and team leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  5. Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Preferably residing within the Bataan region to oversee and support the cluster of stores
