HR Assistant - Recruitment (TGHC / LINKED Group)

Job Description: The HR Assistant - Recruitment supports the hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding. Works with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience and maintains applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
