HR Assistant - Recruitment (TGHC / LINKED Group)
Job Description: The HR Assistant - Recruitment supports the hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding. Works with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience and maintains applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and job applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and document recruitment activities.
- Provide feedback to candidates on interview performance.
- Stay updated on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
