- Job Evaluation – Lead evaluation of new and existing roles to ensure appropriate job grading and alignment with organizational standards.
- Compliance & Employee Relations – Ensure compliance with hospital policies, JCI audit requirements, and labor regulations.
What We\'re Looking For
- Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related field (Master\'s degree in Hospital Administration an advantage).
- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
- At least five (5) years\' experience in various facets of human resource functions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government compliance requirements.
