Job Description There are four job openings: Senior Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition Associate, Talent Acquisition Analyst, and an unspecified HR role. Senior Human Resources Manager LOLC Bank Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the Bank's HR function. This pivotal role will oversee the full spectrum of human resources operations—including recruitment, talent development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, training, and compliance. Lead the development and execution of the Bank's HR strategy in alignment with corporate objectives. Oversee all core HR functions. Drive organizational culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Ensure HR compliance with all local labor laws and regulatory requirements relevant to the banking and financial services sector. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior HR role. Talent Acquisition Associate Designs and Implements Recruiting Strategies. Ensures that the company attracts and hires the best candidates, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. Participates in the recruitment process by discussing staffing needs with the line managers, completing positions requisitions and postings, screening applicants, conducting interviews and managing the applicant through the entire recruitment process. Requirements Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred Talent Acquisition Analyst Designs and Implements Recruiting Strategies.
