Responsibilities: • Preparing pre-construction documents like method statements and inspection/test plans. • Analyzing incoming materials against approved submittals and specifications. • Coordinating installation activities with other trades and conducting site inspections. • Generating Nonconformity Reports for quality infractions and ensuring compliance with project specifications. • Maintaining approved documentation files and documenting testing activities for client submissions. • Verifying material quantities and supporting project invoicing. • Conducting pre-commissioning activities and closing out punch list items related to quality assurance. • Creating engineering specifications and preliminary HVAC designs while providing cost estimates and material takeoffs. • Ensuring project compliance with contract terms and collaborating with owners and contractors. • Utilizing expertise in mechanical design and CAD applications to develop specifications and interpret design drawings. Qualifications: • Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering • Must be a Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer • At least 3-5 years work experience in the related field • Willing to do field works/branch visits if needed • Candidates must be willing to work on-site at North Edsa, Quezon City
