We are looking for a highly skilled MEPFS Engineer to join our team and take charge of managing the design, planning, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems (MEPFS) in our construction projects.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Design Review & Planning

  2. Review and validate MEPFS plans, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and coordination with other engineering disciplines.

  3. Project Oversight

  4. Lead the implementation and monitoring of construction activities. Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.

  5. Quality & Safety Assurance

  6. Ensure all MEPFS construction works meet high-quality standards, safety regulations, cost targets, and project schedules.

  7. Regulatory Compliance

  8. Validate design-related issues, propose effective solutions, and ensure adherence to local building codes and engineering standards.

  9. Coordination & Administration

  10. Manage MEPFS-related materials, systems, and drawing submittals. Facilitate testing and commissioning of equipment and systems.

  11. Reporting & Documentation

  12. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on MEPFS construction progress and ensure proper documentation of all quality assurance processes.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field)
  • Professional license is an advantage
  • Minimum [3] years of experience in MEPFS design and implementation
  • Strong understanding of local codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software is a plus
