Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, BS Electrical Engineering, or BS Sanitary Engineering
  • Preferably a licensed engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, or Sanitary)
  • Basic understanding of design documents, including plan reading, planning, estimation, and interpretation
  • Knowledgeable in MEPFS codes, building regulations, and construction workflows
  • Basic knowledge in AutoCAD and basic MEPF design software
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design Management

  • Review design outputs from consultants to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify actual site conditions and incorporate findings into the design and awarding process
  • Secure consultant proposals and conduct technical and commercial evaluations
  • Monitor and track the status and progress of design drawings

Value Engineering

  • Perform research and cost-benefit analysis for alternative design solutions or innovations
  • Support implementation of approved value engineering initiatives

Contract Development & Negotiation

  • Prepares bid documents, including shortlist, invitations to bid, and scopes of work
  • Prepares cost estimates and assist in technical & financial evaluations of bids

Collaboration with Project Teams

  • Coordinate closely with project teams to resolve MEPF-related concerns during all phases of the project
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment between design intent and site execution
