Duties and Responsibilities.

  1. QA/QC-Engineers will each be handling (2) two projects at the same time to be assigned in Cebu respectively.

  2. Carry out regular (MEPF) engineering inspection & commissioning on the assigned project sites.

  3. Create punch list and daily report.

  4. Keen on details.

  5. Able to identify and report issues found and proactively able to verify and monitor until issues are resolved.

  6. Helps prevent project delays and potential reworks.

  7. Reports to engineering head and can provide timely feedback.

  8. Attends meeting on a regular basis.

  9. Coordinates with Internal & External stake holders.

  10. Ensure project meets client's requirements prior to turn over of residential units.

  11. Ensure the construction of project are completed to the highest possible standards.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with experience as QAQC MEPFS from previous credible company.
  • Board passer with PRC licensed professional-Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
  • With atleast 2 yrs. experience in QAQC MEPFS work
  • With Highrise residential projects.
  • Good in Oral and written communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu onsite

Compressed Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-6:00pm

Note: This position is not project based.
