What you’ll do

  • Ownership & optimization: Take full responsibility for a highly customized Salesforce CRM/ERP environment, ensuring it aligns with evolving business needs.
  • Requirement translation: Gather input from stakeholders and translate business processes into clear technical requirements.
  • Project & partner management: Oversee Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and projects; manage external Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Testing & data integrity: Conduct UAT, safeguard data accuracy, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Reporting & insights: Provide dashboards, analytics, and system-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience (administrator, analyst, or product owner).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM/ERP customizations and business process automation.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience working with or managing third-party Salesforce development teams.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
