About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Associate to represent our company, Olive Co. Inc. in Pet Express SM La Union. As a Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth for our diverse range of pet products and accessories. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
  • Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products
  • Maintaining expert product knowledge to advise customers and address their queries effectively
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
