Are you a motivated and persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? We’re seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team in San Fernando, Pampanga. In this on-site, full-time role, you’ll actively prospect, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities while representing top-tier products and services. This is a seasonal account (up to 5 months, renewable) with a graveyard shift schedule, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and outreach to potential B2B clients Research and qualify leads based on business needs, challenges, and goals Deliver persuasive sales presentations and articulate product value Nurture leads through the sales pipeline with consistent follow-up Provide post-sales support and maintain client satisfaction Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales activities and track progress Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts and priorities Generate reports on lead generation, CRM usage, and campaign outcomes Candidate Qualifications: All positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply. The Ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities: Minimum 6 months of B2B and outbound sales experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in CRM systems and business research tools (LinkedIn, Google, Salesforce, etc.) Skilled in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Compensation Details: At MCI, your hard work deserves recognition and rewards. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
