Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first voice our prospects hear-scheduling calls, managing CRM updates, and ensuring sales reps are booked with ready-to-talk leads. You'll collaborate with marketing and sales to improve outreach strategies and ensure every conversation moves us closer to a cleaner, solar-powered future.

Shift: Night shift, Monday to Thursday and Saturday | 11:00PM to 8:00AM PH Time
Work setup: Onsite, Clark, Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
- At least 1 year of previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection professionally
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Your Daily Tasks
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, or social media
- Schedule appointments between prospective clients and sales representatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads who have shown interest but not yet scheduled
- Confirm appointments and send reminders to both prospects and the sales team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
- Provide feedback on customer responses and common objections
