CG Elite Eastern Peak is seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Advisor to spearhead Corporate Solutions activities. This is a role with entrepreneurial freedom and the backing of the nation's #1 insurer, focused on crafting bespoke financial solutions for high-value corporate clients and addressing challenges like business continuity, succession planning, executive retention, and investment growth.

You will act as a true consultant to C-level executives and business owners, moving beyond products to provide comprehensive strategies that address complex challenges.

This position is aimed at leaders who can build a significant business within the agency and lead strategic initiatives to capture the corporate market nationwide.

What You Will Do

• Engage at the Highest Levels: Cultivate and manage relationships with business owners, founders, and key executives, becoming their trusted advisor on critical financial decisions.
• Architect Solutions: Design and execute complex strategies for succession planning, corporate governance, key person insurance, and employee retirement benefits that align with clients' organizational goals.
• Lead the Market: Act as a thought leader, leveraging expertise to manage complex accounts and deliver strategic insights and exceptional service.
• Build Your Practice: Develop your client portfolio with strategic autonomy and the backing of Pru Life UK's global network, training, and digital tools.

What We're Looking For: A Strategic Partner

We are seeking a results-oriented leader who thrives on solving complex problems. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record and a consultative mindset.

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in financial advisory, wealth management, business consulting, or related fields with a focus on corporate or high-net-worth clients.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior executives and business owners.
• Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Deep expertise in finance, investments, retirement planning, and market analysis; ability to dissect a business's financial structure and identify opportunities for growth and protection.
• Consulting Acumen: Experience in succession and governance consulting is advantageous; understanding family corporations, partnerships, and large enterprises.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: Self-driven, results-oriented, with ambition to build and manage a sophisticated book of business; nationwide network of business owners is a plus.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Certifications such as CWP or CFA are highly regarded.
