About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven People Operations Specialist to join our People team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and fostering a positive employee experience. If you're passionate about people, processes, and creating a supportive workplace, we’d love to hear from you Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact details, job classifications, pay rates, and organizational structure. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR files and records. Conduct periodic audits of HR documentation and systems. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees. Act as a liaison between HR and payroll to ensure accurate and timely transactions. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events and initiatives. Provide general administrative support to the People team. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors degree graduate Has experience using Service Desk tool such as JIRA Experience in HRIS: Workday (whole employee lifecycle support like benefits, manager change, onboarding and other general HR questions) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. Service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools. Ability to quickly learn and navigate HRIS platforms and other HR-related software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
