We’re seeking a highly motivated People Operation & Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong background in end‑to‑end recruitment and HR administration to balance people‑focused initiatives with organizational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating job offers. Handle client communications to understand hiring needs, align expectations, and provide regular recruitment updates. Conduct salary negotiations and prepare employment contracts and offer letters. Maintain a talent pipeline and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Develop, review, and implement company policies in compliance with labor laws and organizational standards. Maintain and organize employee files and ensure accurate and confidential record‑keeping. Plan and execute employee engagement programs and HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the company. Assist in performance management and HR administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of solid experience in HR operations and recruitment. Strong background in client‑facing communication and stakeholder management. Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
