People Operations Coordinator Make your next big career move by applying as KMC Solutions’ next People Operations Coordinator As a People Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in keeping the team’s People programs and processes on track, evolving, and thriving In this role, you will be exposed to and have the opportunity to support our client’s employee life cycle—shaping the employee experience by administering thoughtful, business-critical, and people-focused programs. You will join the People Operations team, ensuring that we deliver a best-in-class experience that supports our culture and mission. Main Responsibilities As a People Operations Coordinator, you will: Perform confidential and accurate data entry, support, and maintenance across People systems Provide first-line support in response to employee requests regarding our client’s programs, policies, resources, etc.; triage, prioritize, and escape as appropriate Handle U.S. and global employment verification request processes and execution Provide project management and administrative support to regular People Ops and Total Rewards processes Offer administrative support as needed to the People Ops, Rewards, and Analytics teams Support ad-hoc requests and tasks as required Qualifications and Requirements To apply, you must be an expert in the following areas: 3 or more years of HR administration experience Proficiency in Workday Proficiency in Google Suite Ability to apply learnings from previous experiences to future opportunities Ability to work autonomously and resourcefully in finding information Thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information Creative problem-solving skills Strong administrative skills Experience in a high-growth company is a plus Pre-Employment Requirements The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment documents: Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC) 2x2 and half-body picture with white background Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth ) Photocopy of two valid government-issued IDs (front and back) Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO) Accomplished HR Forms and Promissory Note (to be provided by KMC’s Onboarding Team) Join KMC Solutions and be part of a dynamic, people-driven team dedicated to empowering others and shaping exceptional employee experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
