Admin Compliance Specialist

About the role Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Compliance Specialist to join the dynamic team at Golden Richland Farm Corporation in San Mateo Isabela. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's administrative processes and procedures are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Working alongside the Operations and Legal teams, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the organisations high standards of governance and risk management. What you'll be doing Process taxes and other business and operational permits Monitor and review administrative policies, procedures and controls to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions Liaise with internal departments and external authorities to stay up-to-date with evolving compliance obligations Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on all compliance activities Support the implementation of new compliance initiatives and process improvements Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative compliance role Strong working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and industry standards governing administrative operations Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address compliance issues Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels Highly organised with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to your work Relevant qualifications in business, law, or a compliance-related discipline would be advantageous What we offer At Golden Richland Farm Corporation, we believe in building a positive, supportive, and rewarding work environment.
