Operation Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves managing processes, supervising teams, implementing company policies, and continuously improving operational performance across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and oversee the company's operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
- Supervise branch operations, logistics, and administrative functions to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Coordinate with department heads (Sales, Admin, Finance, HR, and Service) to ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
- Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational expenses to optimize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with branch heads and key personnel to discuss operational challenges and improvements.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.
- Support management in business planning, expansion, and process enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in automotive, logistics, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operations management tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure.
