In this role, you will provide end-to-end HR operational support to employees, line managers, and local HR teams, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes in alignment with company policies and procedures.Your responsibilities will include:* Deliver comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.* Execute complex local HR processes with a focus on data accuracy and compliance in systems such as Shell People and Workday.* Manage employee and manager queries through Salesforce, ensuring timely case creation, updates, and closure.* Maintain ownership of end-to-end HR processes, escalating complex issues to senior advisors or policy teams as needed.* Collaborate with internal HR teams and third-party service providers to resolve cases efficiently.* Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards including the Global Approval Matrix (GAM), Financial Control Manual (FCM), and Data Privacy regulations.* Act as a country or process focal point when required.* Build strong partnerships with HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, and other HR Operations teams to ensure consistent service delivery.* Contribute to knowledge management by creating and maintaining process documentation and sharing best practices.* Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and participate in team initiatives.**What you bring**We are keen to speaking with individuals who have:* Experience in HR operations or shared services environment preferred.* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply* Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Shell People, and Salesforce is an advantage.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.**What we offer**You bring your skills and experience to Shell and in return you work with talented, committed people on one of the most important challenges facing our planet.
