Overview The Technical Services Specialist at ConnectWise assists partners in diagnosing and resolving product issues or questions. This role works with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document partner issues. Key Skills Experience providing customer reports and insights Strong knowledge of SQL and databases Excellent partner communication and collaboration skills Responsibilities Provide support to the Technical Support teams with attention to detail Research, analyze, and document findings Influence others within the Technical Services team through explanation of facts, policies, and practices Communicate with partners or customers regarding reported issues via email, phone, chat, and remote sessions Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to appropriate teams Document partner interactions, troubleshooting, and results in a clear and concise manner and report status to the appropriate team Maintain knowledge of technology innovations and trends Perform regular queue reviews to stay up to date on issues Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Ability to work independently on projects and processes with general supervision Practical knowledge of the applicable work area Ability to adapt and understand new technology/processes as per partner requirements Strong desire to help partners and peers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams Organized with strong attention to detail Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience 2+ years of relevant experience Preferred: 1+ years of experience in a technical-service oriented position Working Conditions 0-10% travel may be required Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Product Management, Consulting, and Customer Service Industries: Software Development and IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
