The Role This is a pure new business development position—perfect for a proactive sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You’ll identify, pursue, and convert new opportunities across WA and Australia, working directly with decision‑makers and business leaders to provide smart, scalable technology solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities Proactively prospect, cold call, and generate qualified leads. Conduct product presentations and tailor proposals to meet client needs. Engage and build relationships with business owners, IT managers, and senior executives. Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close and handover. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and pipeline KPIs. Maintain detailed records and follow‑ups within the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities. About You Proven success in B2B new business development, ideally within the technology or solutions sector. Self‑motivated, competitive, and results‑driven with a strong sense of accountability. Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.
