As Hinabi Privé grows, we seek a Business Development Lead who will expand our reach — building meaningful partnerships, cultivating new markets, and ensuring that the brand's creative vision is matched by sustainable business growth.
This person will be both strategist and storyteller — someone who sees opportunity not just in numbers, but in relationships, narratives, and shared values.
Role Overview
The Business Development Lead drives the commercial growth of Hinabi Privé by developing partnerships, securing clients, and building revenue streams that align with the brand's ethos.
This is a role for someone who understands how to balance creativity and commerce — someone who can sell with sensitivity, negotiate with integrity, and grow with purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify, pursue, and close business opportunities across private experiences, brand collaborations, and corporate partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and packages that communicate the value and uniqueness of Hinabi Privé.
- Track performance metrics, conversion rates, and client feedback to inform strategy.
Partnership Development
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, sponsors, and collaborators.
- Represent Hinabi Privé in meetings, events, and cultural networks with polish and professionalism.
- Seek co-branding, sponsorship, and creative collaboration opportunities with aligned partners.
- Work closely with the Creative and Production teams to ensure all business deals uphold the brand's integrity and creative vision.
Market Strategy & Expansion
- Research and map new audiences, industries, and verticals relevant to Hinabi Privé's ecosystem (luxury, wellness, hospitality, design, culture).
- Collaborate on pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
- Support the development of new products, experiences, or services through market insights and client feedback.
Relationship & Brand Stewardship
- Serve as a key ambassador of the Hinabi Privé brand — articulating its story with authenticity and grace.
- Ensure that every client and partner interaction reflects the brand's aesthetic, philosophy, and emotional depth.
- Foster trust, respect, and reciprocity in all business relationships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in business development, luxury sales, or brand partnerships.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong network within lifestyle, culture, hospitality, or creative industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial initiative and commercial acumen.
- Deep appreciation for Filipino culture, craftsmanship, and creative excellence.

Compensation
₱45,000/month base salary
- Commission and performance incentives (5–10% of closed sales or partnerships)
- Annual performance bonus based on revenue growth and strategic impact
